How much does it cost to pick up my junk?

Most residential pick ups fall in the $80 to $200 range. For example a box spring mattress fall on the lower end. A larger residential pickup would comfortably fit in a couple half ton truck boxes. The final price is based on the approximate weight of the material, how much space it takes up and how long it takes to load.

Do we provide quotes over the phone?

Yes will provide an estimate over the phone based on a description a customer provides. In many instances photos are texted to 3062704417 so we have a visual to estimate from.

How can I save money on my pickup?

The easiest way to save money on a pickup is to have the material located in a convenient place for loading. For most people that would be on a driveway or if you have a back alley, at the back of your property. If you live in an apartment we can coordinate a time for pickup so that you can have the material outside. We usually quote two prices if asked. One if the material is in a easy to load location and another if it needs to be cleaned up or removed a location (for example the inside of a house).

What do we accept for payment?

We accept credit card, etransfers and cash. With prior approval we will accept cheques. All prices quoted do not include GST unless otherwise noted.

Will quotes provided over the phone change?

When asked, we will provide an estimate over the phone based on a description provided or photos texted. When we provide an estimate we do so best of our ability based on the knowledge provided. Please note these quotes are not final, if we get on-site and the number of items changes (this happens quite often) or our understanding of the job was wrong, we will inform you of any changes.
